• chmod 777 file config.php
• chmod 777 file count.txt
• chmod 777 file hiscore.txt
• chmod 777 file IP.log
   
• chmod 755 file ephotohunt.php
• chmod 755 file getvars.php
• chmod 755 file setup.php

If you don't know how to use FTP software to do chmod 777 then please come here
